π΅οΈ Survey Anti-Cheating: Integrity status in Inbox
Every survey response in TrustYou is now automatically assessed for integrity, giving you instant visibility into the reliability of your data. Each review is assigned an Integrity Status label directly in the Inbox, no manual investigation needed. Note that the integrity assessment applies to TrustYou Survey reviews submitted from May 1, 2026 onwards.
For more details, check: Understanding Survey Integrity Status
π§ Segment filtering for Email Notifications
You can now configure email notifications using segments, dynamic groups that automatically include all entities assigned to them. Instead of selecting entities one by one, you pick a segment and your notification scope stays in sync as your portfolio grows or changes. This is especially useful for enterprise teams managing large property portfolios, where keeping static entity lists up to date is time-consuming and error-prone. Head to your Profile settings to update your notification preferences.

π Survey API distribution statistics in dashboards
If you distribute surveys through the API, you can now see key statistics directly in your statistics dashboard. A dedicated channel with its own funnel gives you a structured view of survey performance, while distribution metrics appear right in the entity tab for Survey API. This makes it easier to monitor visit data and understand how your surveys are performing, all in one place. Note that data in this channel reflects activity from February 2026 onwards.

π Additional custom question filter in Survey reviews dashboard
The Survey Reviews Dashboard now supports three custom question and answer filters at once, so you can cross-reference responses across several survey dimensions in a single view.

π Multi-KPI Trends report
The new Multi-KPI Trends report gives you a clear view of how your key metrics evolve over time, across weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly intervals. Instead of point-in-time snapshots, you can track performance trends across reviews, sentiment, surveys, and competitor data all in one place. It's easier to spot patterns, measure progress, and act on what's changing. Find it in the Reporting section of your dashboard.

π― Multi KPI: Enable segmentation for Goals table
The Goals table in Multi KPI Detailed now supports segmentation, so you can break down goal performance by the same segments you already use across the rest of the report. A new "Goals KPI by segment" table lets multi-property and multi-region teams track KPI progress against targets across different audience groups in a single view. Find it in the Multi KPI Detailed report for enterprise users.

π Sentiment ranking for Multi KPI-Overview in benchmark section
The Multi KPI-Overview report now includes sentiment ranking for enterprise users, making it easier to see where a specific brand stands within a benchmark set. Two new tables show Sentiment KPI performance with ranking across both categories and subcategories. You'll find them directly in the benchmark section of the Multi KPI-Overview report.

π§ Multi-entity Survey data export
You can now export raw survey data across multiple entities in a single action. Select multiple properties at once using segments or a manual picker, and download a single Excel file with up to 100,000 rows of responses, ordered across all selected entities. The previous 90-day date restriction is also gone.
