♻️ Duplicate Survey Contents

You can now duplicate any survey element, including questionnaires, questions, text content, and themes, directly from the editor. Each duplicate is created as an independent copy, so you can edit it freely without touching the original. This makes it easy to build a seasonal variation, adapt a questionnaire for a new brand, or test different question wording without rebuilding everything from scratch. Look for the duplicate action wherever you already edit these elements today.

📤 Org-Level Manual Visit Data Upload

Organization admins can now upload guest visit data for multiple entities and surveys in a single file, right from Organization settings. Instead of repeating the upload process for every entity and survey, one file with fields like email, arrival date, and survey ID covers them all. This saves real time for organizations managing several properties or surveys at once. The existing entity-level upload is still there if you prefer to work one entity at a time.

🦉 Push to Tripadvisor

Guests can now push their survey feedback straight to Tripadvisor, not just Google. After they submit the survey, checking the Push to Tripadvisor box takes them straight to a Tripadvisor review page with their feedback ready to paste in. This means more organic reviews with less effort on your side, which helps your property's ranking and visibility where travelers are already looking. Add the question to your Submit step the same way you did for Push to Google, and you can even run both side by side if you want.

📅 Improve Date Filter Options for Dashboards and Reports

Setting up a period comparison in your dashboards and reports just got a lot easier. Instead of configuring an offset and a count, pick from ready-made options like "Last quarter vs. same quarter last year" or "Last month vs. previous month," and your comparison is set in one click. Prefer to set your own dates? Manual control is still there, letting you configure your filters exactly as you did before. You'll find the new options right in the date picker, in the same place you used to build custom offsets.
