β Source Score in all dashboards
Source Score is now available in the Reviews, Competitors (Reviews tab), Benchmarks (Reviews tab), and Multi KPI Report, covering both the Overview and Detailed views. This makes it easier to understand how your property is scoring across different review sources, in context with your other key metrics. Previously you could only see it in the Executive Dashboard, which made it hard to explore the data in any real depth. Head to any of these dashboards to start analyzing your Source Score.

π Date filter: PoP and YoY comparisons
No more manual date adjustments every time you want to compare performance periods. The date filter in dashboards and reports now includes a Custom Date option, where you define a rolling window using two parameters: count (how many units to include) and offset (how far back from today the window ends). This makes it straightforward to set up Period over Period (PoP) and Year over Year (YoY) comparisons that stay accurate automatically. It works for both live dashboards and scheduled reports, so the dates always reflect the right window no matter when you check.

π Inbox notifications in all UI languages
Inbox email notifications now arrive in the same language each user has set for their CXP interface. That means no more context-switching to read notifications written in a different language. This covers five notification types: daily reviews, real-time survey reviews, moderation requests, moderation approvals and rejections, and forwarded reviews. It works automatically, based on the language already set in each user's CXP profile, so there's nothing to configure.
ποΈ Side menu: Subscription and Organization settings
We've reorganized the side menu to give subscription and organization settings their own clearly defined spaces. "Plan" is now a standalone top-level menu item, so billing and subscription details are always one click away. All organization-related settings have moved into the Organization section, keeping everything in a logical, predictable place.

ποΈ Content deletion in Survey Manager
You can now delete surveys, questionnaires, questions, text content, images, and themes directly from Survey Manager. The platform checks dependencies before removing anything, so if an item is still in use, you'll see a clear message explaining what to remove first. Once the item is free, a confirmation dialog lets you delete it permanently. No guesswork, no accidental data loss.
