Homepage
The Homepage is your starting point for working with CXP. From here you can:
- Navigate to the main CXP modules: Reviews Inbox, Insights, Survey Manager, Reports and Organization.
- Access the all the product documentation under the Knowledge base, including a support agent that answer question on the product functionality
- Check the System status to understand if there are any ongoing issues with the platform or the ingestion of reviews
- Request Support to our Customer Service Team
- Send feedback directly to the Product Management Team with suggestions for improvements and new feature ideas
Sidebar
From the sidebar on the left of the screen, you can move around CXP modules and access all the platform features. The sidebar can be collapsed or expanded to make space for your content.
The items in your sidebar are:
- Inbox, this is where all online and survey reviews arrive, so you can read and respond to them

Insights, this is where all your KPIs and data analysis are being done. You will have different dashboards for different types of data being analyzed:
- Executive
- Reviews
- Sentiment
- Competitors
- Benchmarks (Only Multi-Entity users)
- Survey reviews
- Survey statistics
- Goals
- Survey manager, where you can configure, preview, and assign your surveys
- Reports, where you can download reports or schedule them directly to your email

- Settings
- Subscription (Only Multi-Entity users)
- Entities
- Users
- Benchmarks (Only Multi-Entity users)
- Settings, where you can configure all parameters applicable to all entities in your organization.
- Profile, where you can configure your personal parameters, including languages and notifications.
Please note that, based on your CXP license, not all those items will be shown.
