To access CXP, go to cxp.trustyou.com and log in with your credentials. If you don't have a user yet, you can create one. Keep in mind that you won't be able to use CXP until an admin invites you to an organization. For instructions on creating your account, see Signing into CXP for the first time.
Log In to Your Account
Go to cxp.trustyou.com and log in using one of these two options:
- Single Sign-On (SSO): Click Continue with Google or Continue with Microsoft.
- Email and password: Enter the email address and password you registered with.
Reset Your Password
If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it from the login page. Here's how:
- Go to cxp.trustyou.com.
- Click Forgot password?
- Enter the email address you use to log in.
- Check your inbox for a password reset email.
- Follow the instructions in the email to set a new password.
Once done, you can log back in with your new password.
