CXP is an invite-only platform. Before you can log in, an admin at your organization needs to invite you. Once invited, you'll get an email that takes you straight to the sign-up page so you can create your account and get started right away.

Option 1: Sign up via invitation Email
When an admin invites you, you'll receive an email at the address they used. Open the email and click Create your account. This takes you directly to the sign-up page.
If you've never accessed CXP before, you have two options to create your account:
- Single Sign-On (SSO): Click Continue with Google or Continue with Microsoft. Use the same email account where you received the invitation.
- Register: Enter your first name, last name, email address, and a password. Make sure to use the same email address where you received the invitation.
Note: If the button in the email doesn't work, copy the link and paste it directly into your browser.
Option 2: Sign up from the login page
If you didn't use the invitation link but still need to create your account, go to the CXP login page and click the Sign up option. From there, you can register with your email and password or use SSO, just as described above.

Name field requirements
When entering your name, the following characters are not allowed:
- < (less than)
- > (greater than)
- & (ampersand)
- " (double quote)
- \ (backslash)
- / (forward slash)
Note: Using any of these characters will prevent your account from being created.
Logging in next time
Once your account is set up, you can log in anytime with your email and password or your SSO provider. Both options will always be available. See Logging In to CXP article for details.
