You can easily access all your insights through the navigation bar on the left side of the screen. CXP offers up to 6 dashboards (depending on your subscription) that organize the main KPIs for different categories:

Features of the Insights module
The Insights module consists of dashboards that provide access to a variety of KPIs. Each dashboard includes the following features:
- Filtering: Customize your dashboard to display information for specific timeframes and filter combinations.
- Bookmarks: Save your filter combinations for quick and easy access.
- Widgets: Visualize KPIs using different formats, including indicators, tables, and charts.
- Exporting: Download each widget in various formats to quickly extract information from the dashboard.
- Show Reviews: For sentiment pivot tables, view the full reviews behind the category and subcategory data.
- Drill Down: Dive deeper into sentiment pivot tables by drilling down from categories to subcategories for more detailed analysis.
- Timeframe comparisons: In all dashboards there are default time comparisons with the exact same period right before the current one (PoP) for single entity dashboards and comparisons with the same period of the previous year (YoY) for multi entity dashboards.

Reviews
The Reviews dashboard offers a centralized view of your most important reputation metrics and KPIs. It helps you track changes over time and provides insights to improve your organization's performance.
Sentiment
The Sentiment dashboard focuses on the sentiment analysis performed on your reviews. It organizes information into categories and subcategories, providing both high-level insights and detailed data. This layout is designed to guide your actions based on the sentiment expressed in your reviews.
Competitors
The Competitors dashboard allows you to monitor your direct competitors and compare your performance against theirs. This dashboard includes both reputation and sentiment KPIs, helping you understand how you stack up in your market.
Benchmarks
The Benchmarks dashboard provides a broader view of your competitors by segmenting data into segments like brands, countries, cities, or custom attributes. You can create custom benchmarks by comparing your entities with competitors to get detailed insights on your relative performance.
Survey reviews
The Survey Reviews dashboard gives you an in-depth look at the KPIs related to each of your surveys. It focuses on responses to individual survey questions, excluding free-text answers, so you can assess specific areas of interest.
Survey statistics
The Survey Statistics dashboard shows you the performance of your surveys, including metrics like how many people opened the survey, conversion rates, and preferred survey response channels. This data helps you decide where to focus your efforts in improving survey participation.
