The Reports module helps you get your data out of CXP and into the hands of the people who need it. You'll find it in the navigation bar on the left side of the screen. Depending on your subscription, you can send one-time or recurring reports.
Currently as the Report builder is in BETA you can view two report modules:
- Report builder (beta): build your own reports with exactly the metrics, columns, and charts you need. Currently supports Reviews, Sentiments, Competitors related KPIs. Tables and charts can be build with AI or from scratch.
- Reports: ready-made Excel reports with your main KPIs, like Multi KPI Detailed and Multi KPI Overview.

One-Time Reports
Get a report sent to your email whenever you need it. Ready-made reports arrive as an Excel file. Report builder reports come as a PDF or Excel file.
Scheduled Reports
Set up recurring reports that go out on the days and times you choose, so your data always arrives on schedule.
Report Builder (Beta)
Build the report you actually need instead of piecing together several fixed exports.
- Pick your metrics: Add up to 10 metrics per table and choose the columns, rows, and timeframes you want.
- Add charts: Put KPI cards and Bar charts next to your tables for a quick visual read.
- Build with AI: Describe the table or chart you want in plain words, and AI sets it up for you.
- Share securely: Every report arrives as a secure download link that works for 90 days, even for recipients outside CXP.
- Manage it all from one list: View, edit, or duplicate any report, or click Generate now to send it before its next scheduled run.
