Multi KPI - Detailed (single-entity users)

The Detailed report gives you an in-depth view of how your entity is performing across Reviews, Sentiment, and Competitors. Most tables update dynamically based on the filters you apply, so be mindful when changing them as they significantly impact the data displayed.

  • See consolidated performance metrics across multiple sources.
  • Compare performance across month-to-date, year-to-date, and custom date ranges.
  • Analyze year-over-year trends and spot growth or decline quickly.
  • Evaluate performance at a granular level.
  • Break down data by source, language, rating, category, or subcategory for deeper insights.

 

Understanding the Column Types

Most tables in the Detailed report include columns that show the same KPI across different time windows. Here's what each one means, using RPS as an example.

  • RPS: Shows a cumulative value from all available data based on the selected date range. Use this as your baseline for long-term performance.
  • RPS MTD (Month-To-Date): Shows the RPS value from the first day of the current calendar month up to today. For example, if today is January 13, 2026, MTD covers January 1 to January 13, 2026. This column is not affected by date filters.
  • RPS YTD (Year-To-Date): Shows the RPS value from January 1 of the current year up to today. Using the same example, YTD covers January 1 to January 13, 2026. This column is not affected by date filters.
  • RPS Change: Shows the difference in RPS between your selected date range and your comparison date range. For example, selecting Q1 2026 as your date and Q1 2025 as your comparison shows whether performance went up or down between those two periods.

Note: MTD and YTD columns are always calculated based on the current date, regardless of any date filters applied.

Default grouping is Category. You can switch to Subcategory. You can't export both groupings at the same time.

If the category filter is set to "Include all," only a selection of categories or subcategories will appear. Use the filters to specify the ones you want.

Filter impact: All filters except Compared date affect these tables.
