Understanding the Column Types
Most tables in the Multi KPI Report include columns that show the same KPI across different time windows. Here's what each one means, using RPS as an example.
- RPS -- Shows a cumulative value from all available data in the platform based on the selected date range. Use this as your baseline for long-term performance.
- RPS MTD (Month-To-Date) -- Shows the RPS value from the first day of the current calendar month up to today. For example, if today is January 13, 2026, the MTD column covers January 1 to January 13, 2026. This column is not affected by date filters.
- RPS YTD (Year-To-Date) -- Shows the RPS value from January 1 of the current year up to today. Using the same example, YTD covers January 1 to January 13, 2026. This column is not affected by date filters.
- RPS Change -- Shows the difference in RPS between your selected date range and your comparison date range. For example, if you select Q1 2026 as your date and Q1 2025 as your comparison, this column shows whether performance went up or down between those two periods.
Note: MTD and YTD columns are always calculated based on the current date, regardless of any date filters applied.
