The Detailed report gives you a deep dive into how each entity or segment is performing across your key KPIs. While the Overview shows portfolio-level summaries, this report breaks performance down row by row, so you can evaluate Reviews, Sentiment, Competitors, Survey, and Goals at a granular level. It's built for users managing multiple entities who need more than a high-level snapshot.

Understanding the Column Types
Most tables in the Detailed report include columns that show the same KPI across different time windows. Here's what each one means, using RPS as an example.
- RPS: Shows a cumulative value from all available data based on the selected date range. Use this as your baseline for long-term performance.
- RPS MTD (Month-To-Date): Shows the RPS value from the first day of the current calendar month up to today. For example, if today is January 13, 2026, MTD covers January 1 to January 13, 2026. This column is not affected by date filters.
- RPS YTD (Year-To-Date): Shows the RPS value from January 1 of the current year up to today. Using the same example, YTD covers January 1 to January 13, 2026. This column is not affected by date filters.
- RPS Change: Shows the difference in RPS between your selected date range and your comparison date range. For example, selecting Q1 2026 as your date and Q1 2025 as your comparison shows whether performance went up or down between those two periods.
Note: MTD and YTD columns are always calculated based on the current date, regardless of any date filters applied.
Segments
By default, all tables in the Detailed report are segmented by Entity. You can switch to any global or custom segment to group the rows differently. Changing the segment updates all tables at once.
Note: The Competitors and Goals sections can only be segmented by Entity.
