You can delete themes from Survey Manager when they're no longer needed. If a theme is still assigned to a questionnaire, the platform blocks deletion and tells you where it's in use. Once you remove those assignments, a simple confirmation deletes the theme permanently.

How to Delete a Theme
- Find the theme you want to delete in Survey Manager.
- Click the three-dots menu next to it.
- Select Delete.
- If deletion is blocked, follow the instructions in the message before trying again.
- If the theme has no dependencies, confirm the deletion in the dialog that appears.
Note: Deletion is permanent. Once confirmed, the theme can't be recovered.
When Deletion Is Blocked
A theme can't be deleted while it's assigned to one or more questionnaires. The blocking message shows the theme name in the title. Click Usage to see which questionnaires use it. Remove the theme from all of them, then delete it.
