The Theme Usage feature lets you see which questionnaires and Surveys are using a specific theme. Before editing a theme, you can check where it's being used so you know exactly what might be affected by your changes.

When Is the Usage Tab Available
The Usage tab appears only when you're editing an existing theme. It's not available when creating a new one.
To access it, open a theme in the editor and click the Usage tab.
How to View Theme Usage
- Open a theme in the editor.
- Click the Usage tab.
- You'll see a list of all questionnaires that use this theme, along with the name of their corresponding Survey.
Opening a Questionnaire from the Usage List
You can go directly to any questionnaire listed in the Usage tab without leaving the editor.
- Find the questionnaire you want to open.
- Click the contextual menu button next to it.
- Select Open in Editor.
- The questionnaire editor opens in a new tab.
Note: You need to be an owner or admin with access to all Entities to use this feature.
