Feature Details and Explanations
To edit an existing theme in the Survey Manager, follow these steps:
Navigate to the Theme Tab
In the Survey Manager, go to the Theme tab to view a list of your existing themes.
Access the Edit Menu
Find the theme you want to edit and click the three-dot menu (⋮) next to it.
A contextual menu will appear.
Click “Edit”
Select Edit from the contextual menu to open the Theme Editor.
Make Your Changes
You can modify any part of the theme—including branding images, colors or fonts.
Use the preview toggle to switch between a Survey content preview and an email invitation preview to see how your changes will look in both formats.
Save Your Changes
Once you're satisfied with your edits, click Save.
All Surveys using this theme will be automatically updated—your changes will be instantly reflected in the Survey URL.
This seamless process ensures that updates to your branding or messaging are consistently applied across all guest touchpoints without needing to manually update individual questionnaires.
