Feature Details
π¬ Configure Your Survey's Email Distribution from the UI
CXP now lets you configure your email survey distribution settings directly in the Survey editor. Choose your feedback type, set how many hours after checkout the invitation goes out, and manage reminder emails and timing. The options shown adapt based on the feedback type you select, so you only see what's relevant to your setup. Open any Survey, click Edit, and scroll to the Email Distribution Settings section to get started.
Note: Setting up a PMS or SFTP visit data integration still requires contacting the TrustYou support team.
For more details, check: Configure email distribution β Β· Visualize email distribution settings β
π§ Email Suspension Settings
Admins can now view and configure email suspension settings directly in the platform, under a new Email Suspension tab in Settings. You can set the suspension level (Organization, Brand, Entity, or Survey) and define how many days must pass before a guest can receive another survey invitation.
For more details, check: Configure Email Suspension Settings β
π Disable Manual Upload Distribution per Survey
The manual distribution toggle in the survey editor now lets admins disable manual upload distribution at the survey level. Previously, all surveys with automatic distribution had manual upload enabled by default with no option to turn it off. Organizations with centralized data governance or compliance requirements can now enforce consistent distribution without relying on staff to follow manual upload policies.

β Icons & Stars Display for Overall Score Question in Email Embedding
The overall score question in survey email embeddings now renders in the format you configured, whether that's numbers, icons, or star ratings. Previously, the email always displayed the default number format regardless of the survey settings. Your guests now see the same visual experience in their inbox that you designed in the survey editor, keeping your brand presentation consistent from the first touchpoint.

π Support Overall Score Prefilling in Survey API
Survey links generated through the Survey API now support prefilled answers for the overall score. It's especially useful for custom email campaigns where you want to guide guests toward a specific starting point, saving them time and making the survey feel more personal.
For more details, check: Prefilling Answers in the Survey Submission Page β
π Filter distribution tracking by status
The Visit Status table in the Distribution tab now has a status filter. Select one or more delivery statuses, like bounced, failed, or unsubscribed, to narrow the list to exactly what you need. It's the fastest way to diagnose delivery issues, verify a specific subset of visits, or focus your analysis without scrolling through the full list.
For more details, check: Visit status and visit volume tracking β
π₯ See and filter users across your organization
You can now see all the users who share access to the same entities as you, regardless of which subscription they belong to. Enterprise Admins with scoped access can finally see and manage entity-level users directly, without routing requests through headquarters or Support. To keep the expanded list easy to navigate, the Users page now includes an entity filter. Select one or more entities to narrow the list to the users relevant to your hotel, and combine it with filters for role, status, and user type to find exactly who you need.

π§Ύ Subscription Plan and Billing Information in CXP
Your subscription plan details, usage, and billing information are now available directly in CXP, so you don't need to contact Support for a quick look at what you're on. Head to Plan in the side navigation to see your current plan, check your usage, and update your billing details whenever you need to. You can update your billing address and billing contact directly from the same page. Note that upgrade options are available to select organizations only.
For more details, check: Plan overview β Β· Billing information β
π― Source Score goals
You can now use Source Score as a KPI when defining goals, letting your team set targets for the review platforms that drive your bookings, like Google or Booking.com. This makes it easier to track performance by source alongside your other KPIs. Head to Goals, create a new goal, and select Source Score to get started.

βοΈ Edit sentiment: Add new match
If the AI missed an opinion in a review, you can now highlight the text yourself and add it as a new sentiment match. Just select the relevant text, choose the subcategory and sentiment, and save. Your scores reflect the full picture of guest feedback, and every correction helps improve the AI model over time.

π Edit sentiment: Extend match
Sometimes the AI picks up the right sentiment but highlights the wrong span of text. You can now extend or shorten an existing match to capture exactly what the guest meant. Each adjustment also feeds back into the model, so accuracy improves automatically over time.
For more details, check: Read more β
π Edit sentiment: Filter edited reviews
You can now filter your inbox to show only reviews where sentiment was manually edited. This gives you full visibility into how your team is correcting the AI and makes it easy to audit or export those reviews. Head to the inbox, apply the filter, and export whenever you need a closer look.

π MakeMyTrip reviews are back
MakeMyTrip review collection is available again in CXP. Properties listed on this OTA can now see their reviews in Inbox and Insights once more. Guest feedback should start coming through automatically, with no action needed on your end.
