The Billing tab on the Plan page is where subscription owners can view and update their billing details. Go to Plan Billing to access it.
Who Can Access Billing
Only subscription owners can view and edit billing information. Other roles do not see the Billing tab.
What You'll Find in Billing
The Billing tab is organized into four sections:
- Billing entity: company name and tax registration number (VAT number)
- Billing address: country, state/province, city, address lines, and ZIP/postal code
- Payment details: your current payment method (for example, SEPA)
- Billing contact: first name, last name, phone number, and email address
- Additional contact (optional): an extra email address that will receive a copy of invoices and payment-related emails
How to Update Billing Details
- Go to Plan in the side navigation menu.
- Click the Billing tab.
- Click Edit details in the bottom right corner.
- Update the fields you want to change.
- Click Save. A confirmation appears when the update is successful.
Note: Required fields are highlighted in red if left empty when you try to save. Fill them in before saving.
