The Users page shows the users who share access to the same entities as you. You can filter, sort, and export the list, and manage users directly from the page.
What the Users Page Shows
The Users page displays key information for every user visible to you:
- Name and email address
- User Type (Enterprise or Entity)
- Role and access level
- Subscription name and type
- Status (Active or Invited)
- Last interaction date (visible to Owners and Admins only)
User Visibility
What you see on the Users page depends on your role and scope. You'll see users who share access to the same entities as you, which may include users from other subscriptions in your organization. The view isn't limited to your own subscription.
Filtering the User List
Use the filters above the user table to find the right users quickly. All filters support multi-select. Selecting multiple values within the same filter returns users matching any of them; combining filters of different types narrows results further.
- Entity: Filter by entity name. Only entities within your scope appear in the list.
- User Type: Show only Enterprise or Entity users.
- Role: Filter by Owner, Admin, Editor, or Read-Only.
- Status: Filter by Active or Invited.
- Last interaction date: Available to Owners and Admins. Filter by last 7 days, last 30 days, current month, or a custom date range.
If no users match your active filters, an empty state message appears. Use Clear filters in the filter section to reset and see the full list. Filters also reset when you switch organization context.
Exporting and Reordering Columns
- Export: Download the user list as a file. Active filters are applied to the export, so you get exactly the view you're looking at.
- Column reordering: Drag and drop column headers to arrange the table layout to your preference.
What You Can Do from the Users Page
- Invite users: Add new team members. Enterprise Admins can invite entity users for the entities within their scope directly from this page.
- Manage users: Edit roles and scopes, or remove users from the subscription.
- Manage access groups: Define and adjust permission scopes by grouping users accordingly.
- View user details: Click any user row to open the user details drawer, where you can see the membership's subscription information, access scope, and entity access. Learn more about the user details drawer.
- Track user activity: The Last interaction date shows when a membership was last used or when the latest invitation email was sent. This helps you spot inactive users or pending invitations.
Important Considerations
- Only Owners and Admins can invite, edit, or remove users. Editors and Read-Only users have view-only access.
- Enterprise Admins can manage entity users within their scope. They cannot manage enterprise users (reserved for Org Admins and Enterprise Owners).
- Subscription owners cannot be modified or removed from the UI.
-
About the Last interaction date:
- Some memberships may show no date if a user accesses a different membership.
- Invitations created but not yet sent also show no interaction date.
