Benefits of the Users page
The Users page gives owners and admins a centralized and comprehensive view of all users in a subscription. It helps you stay organized and manage access effectively by displaying:
-
User names and email addresses
-
Roles and access levels
-
Subscription names and types
-
User statuses
-
Last interaction date
This overview simplifies team management and helps ensure your subscription is set up for success.
What the Users page offers
The Users page is designed to make managing users in your subscription intuitive and efficient. Here’s what you can do:
-
Manage users: Invite new users, update their access scope, change roles, and remove users from the subscription.
-
Sort and search: Use sorting options and advanced search to locate users quickly and easily.
-
Manage access groups: Define and adjust permission scopes by grouping users accordingly.
-
Track user activity: The Last interaction date column shows when a membership was last used or the latest invitation email was sent. This helps you identify inactive users or pending invitations.
Important considerations
-
Admin visibility and hierarchy: Admins can see other admins with the same or lower scope. They will not see admins with a higher scope or the organization owner, maintaining clarity and privacy across permission levels.
-
Enterprise subscriptions: For organization admins, new invitations must be sent via the subscription page. However, admins can still remove users and perform other management tasks from the Users page.
-
About the Last interaction date:
-
Some memberships may appear active without a date, as users might access a different membership.
-
Invitations that are created but not yet sent will also show no interaction date.
