The user details drawer lets you review a user's subscription, access scope, and entity access without leaving the Users page. Click any user row to open it and manage the user directly from the drawer if you have the right permissions.
Benefits
- See a membership's subscription details, access scope, and entity access without switching views or contacting Support
- Navigate directly to the Subscription Details page from the drawer (available to Org Admins and Enterprise Owners)
- Edit or remove users without leaving the Users page
Opening the Drawer
Click any user row on the Users page to open the details drawer for that membership. The header shows the user's name, email address, role, and User Type (Enterprise or Entity).
Note: A user may appear more than once in the table if they hold memberships in multiple subscriptions that are visible to you. The drawer always shows details for the specific membership you clicked, not the user's full profile across all memberships.
Overview Tab
Subscription
The Subscription section shows:
- Subscription name and type (Enterprise or Entity)
- Owner name and email. If the owner's name isn't available, you'll see their email or "Not available."
- Status, with a contextual description when relevant (for example, "Restricted: Access is limited to users in this subscription due to payment issues.")
For Org Admins and Enterprise Owners, a link next to the subscription name takes you directly to the Subscription Details page.
Access Scope
The Access Scope section shows how broad the membership's access is:
- Total number of entities the membership covers, and how that scope is defined (for example, "4 entities - Advanced rules")
- Region, brand, and any additional entities listed individually where applicable
Entity Access Tab
The Entity access tab lists every entity the membership has access to. For each entity, you'll see:
- Entity name
- Brand
- Country
- Address
Use the Columns button to customize which columns are displayed.
Taking Action from the Drawer
You can edit or remove a user directly from the drawer. When the drawer is open, the action menu in the table row is hidden to avoid duplicating controls.
Note: The same scope rules apply inside the drawer as in the table. Enterprise Admins cannot edit or remove enterprise users or any subscription owner from the drawer.
Important Considerations
- Subscription owners cannot be modified or removed from the UI.
- If you don't have management rights over a user, the drawer shows their details in read-only mode.
