Feature Details
⏳ Email Survey Link Expiration
Survey links sent by email now expire after 30 days, so the feedback you collect from email distribution is always relevant and recent. The timer starts the moment the invitation goes out, not when the guest opens it. Guests who click an expired link see a clear message letting them know the survey is no longer available. If you've set up reminders, each one refreshes the window so guests always have time to respond.

✉️ Custom Footer for Email Invitations
You can now add a custom footer to your email invitations to match your brand voice or meet legal requirements. The Footer field sits below the Closure field in the Email Invitation text content type in the Content Library. If you don't add custom text, a professional default disclaimer is applied automatically, so every guest email is covered.

🔄 Retrying Status in Entity Distribution
Your Entity Distribution tab now shows a new Retrying status for guest survey invitations that couldn't be delivered on the first try. When an email temporarily fails, the mail server automatically retries delivery for a few days before giving up, and the status updates in real time as that happens. Once delivery succeeds, the status changes to Email Sent. If all retry attempts run out, it moves to Bounced instead, so you always know which invitations are genuinely stuck versus just taking a bit longer to land.

🔠 Support Brand Name Capitalization for Specific Brands
Some brand names now show up in capital letters across CXP, matching each brand's official style. If your brand name is always capitalized, you'll see it that way consistently in reports, dashboards, and everywhere else it appears. It's a small change, but it keeps your brand looking exactly right, everywhere in the platform.
🔔 Payment Status Visibility and Lockout Notifications
CXP now shows payment status signals across the platform so you always know where things stand before access is affected. If a payment is due, a warning banner appears while you still have full access. When a subscription is locked, a clear message explains why and tells you who to contact to restore it. Organization admins can see payment and subscription status across all subscriptions from a single page, and get a homepage alert when any subscription needs attention.

📋 Booking.com Reservation ID in Inbox
Booking.com reviews in your Inbox now include the reservation ID directly on the review details page. When a guest flags a specific issue, like a room problem or a maintenance concern, you can immediately trace it back to the exact reservation and take action. The reservation number is also visible in the Inbox list view: hover the info icon next to the source to see it and copy it. This feature is available for hotels connected via the Booking.com API.

🎚️ Score Scale Management
You can now choose your organization's score scale in Settings, and it applies across the entire platform automatically. KPIs and scores will display consistently in the inbox, reports, goals, dashboards, and report exports. Set it once and your whole team sees data in the same scale, no matter where they're working. Find the new setting on your organization's Settings page.
Note: Survey raw data exports are not yet updated to reflect the new score scale. This will be addressed in a future update.
