Benefits of the subscription page
The subscription page is available to Enterprise owners and admins with the scope "all." It gives you a full overview of all organization and entity subscriptions in one place, including subscription name, type, owner, plan usage, status, and payment status. This makes it easy to stay on top of your subscription portfolio without switching between platforms.
What the subscription page offers
From the subscription page, you can:
-
Change the subscription name
Update the name of any subscription for better organization. -
Manage entities
Add and remove entities, assign custom attribute values, manage direct competitors, and access entity sources and URLs. You can also export entity data. -
Manage users
View, invite, and manage users across all subscriptions. Send and resend invitations, or remove users as needed.
Filtering subscriptions
You can filter the subscription list by status and payment status to find what you need quickly. Filtering by "no payment status" lets you isolate healthy subscriptions with no outstanding payment.
Payment alerts on the homepage
If you're an Enterprise Org Admin or Owner, a warning card appears on the CXP homepage when one or more entity subscriptions have an outstanding payment. The card shows a count of affected subscriptions and their payment status. Click it to go directly to the subscription list, pre-filtered to show only the affected subscriptions.
Subscription status
Each subscription shows a status, so you always know where things stand. Here's what each status means:
- Active: The subscription is live and fully accessible.
- Locked: Access is restricted due to an outstanding payment. Users of this subscription can't log in until the payment is resolved.
- Upcoming: The subscription is set up but hasn't started yet. Users can see it in the hallway before the start date, but can't access it until it goes live.
- Cancelled: The subscription has been discontinued. It's no longer accessible.
- Suspended: The subscription is inactive for administrative reasons. Contact TrustYou support for details.
Payment status
A Payment status column appears on subscriptions where a payment action is needed. This is separate from the subscription status.
- Due: An invoice is due. The subscription is still accessible, but users will see an in-platform warning banner.
- Overdue: The payment is overdue, and the subscription is now locked. Users can't access the platform until the payment is resolved.
- No label: No outstanding payment. The subscription is in good standing.
If you see a payment status on one of your subscriptions, contact your TrustYou account manager or reach out to support at service@trustyou.com.
Important considerations
- Enterprise subscriptions do not include entities.
