Benefits of navigating between subscriptions
Navigating between subscriptions allows users to efficiently access different levels of information and entities without needing to log in and out repeatedly. Whether managing multi-entity or single-entity subscriptions, users can seamlessly switch between roles and organizational views, enhancing productivity and streamlining workflows.
Description of the feature
TrustYou allows users to switch between different subscriptions, enabling them to access varied levels of information and entities. This flexibility is especially useful for users with roles spanning multiple organizations or entities. Here’s how it works:
Selecting a subscription
Once logged in with your credentials, you can choose the subscription you wish to access from the hallway. The subscription details you see depend on your access scope:
-
Multi-entity access: If you have access to more than one entity in the subscription, the subscription information will display:
- Subscription name
- Subscription type
- Your role in the subscription. It is only shown if you are an owner or admin.
-
Single-entity access: For single-entity subscriptions, the information will include:
- Entity name
- Entity city
- Entity country
- Your role in the subscription. It is only shown if you are an owner or admin.
Switching between subscriptions
At any time, you can change subscriptions by navigating to the avatar menu in the upper-right corner of the platform and using the subscription switcher. Simply select the desired subscription to transition seamlessly.
Important considerations
-
Enterprise subscription owners: If you are the owner of an enterprise subscription and have access to other subscriptions within the same organization, only the enterprise subscription will be visible in the hallway and switcher. This is because the enterprise subscription grants access to all entities, allowing you to manage other subscriptions from there.
-
Access restrictions: If you navigate to a page that isn’t available under the newly selected subscription, you’ll see a blank page. In such cases, you can use the side navigation bar to move to an accessible page within the platform.
