Benefits of this feature
Personalizing your organization’s name, logo and score scale enhances your brand identity and ensures flexibility in managing your account. These changes are reflected throughout the platform, providing a consistent and professional look for your organization.
Description of the feature
Users with Owner and Administrator permissions can update their organization’s name and logo through their Settings. Here’s how:
- Navigate to Settings and click on General.
- Under the Organization profile section:
- Upload your organization’s logo: Supported file formats include SVG, PNG, JPG, GIF, or WEBP, with a maximum file size of 1 MB.
- Update your organization’s name.
- Set your score scale. Choose the scale used to display scores and KPIs across the platform. Default is 0-100. Options are:
- 0–5
- 0–10
- 0–100
Once updated, these changes will be visible in the following areas:
- The avatar menu in the upper-right corner.
- The drop-down menu.
- The hallway view.
Score scale once set, the selected scale is applied consistently across all modules where scores appear, including:
- Inbox: scores on individual reviews and feedback items.
- Reports: all KPI scores and trend data in analytics reports.
- Goals: target scores and performance tracking.
- Dashboards: KPI widgets, score cards, and charts.
The Organization profile section also displays the total number of users and entities in your organization.
Important: The score scale setting applies to all users in your organization. Changing it updates how scores are displayed across inbox, reports, goals, and dashboards for everyone.
