The Review providers page offers comprehensive visibility into all the review sources your organization is connected to, making it easy to manage and monitor them. By setting up direct connections with Google and Booking.com, you can enhance review collection accuracy and simplify response processes through your Inbox.

Description

The Review providers page is accessible from Settings and is available to enterprise owners and admins with the "all" scope. It provides a complete overview of all review sources linked to your organization. If at least one entity within your organization actively uses a specific review provider, it will appear on this page.

Additionally, this page allows you to set up connections for Google and Booking.com at the organization level. By integrating with the APIs of Google Business Profile and Booking.com, you can improve review collection accuracy and enable direct responses through your Inbox.

For more flexibility, API connections can also be configured at the entity level, allowing you to manage connections for individual entities instead of applying settings to all entities at once. This ensures that an entity can be connected or disconnected without affecting others in the organization.
