The AI usage page shows how your organization uses AI features in CXP, like Ask TrustYou. Check your own activity, compare usage across subscriptions and users, and see how close each subscription is to its monthly limit before it runs out.
Accessing AI Usage
- Go to Organization in the main navigation.
- Click Settings.
- Select the AI usage tab.
Use the dropdown at the top of the page to switch between Your usage and Organization usage. You can also open this page from Ask TrustYou by clicking More next to the monthly limit.
Note: Everyone can see Your usage. Organization usage is available to Owners, Admins, Managers, and Enterprise users.
Viewing Your Usage
Each AI feature that's active on your plan appears in its own section. Each section shows:
- Usage count: How many times you've used the feature this month. For Ask TrustYou, this is the number of chats you started.
- Trend badge: How your usage changed compared with the same period last month, for example +5%.
- Usage chart: Your activity over the last six months. The chart shows days, weeks, or months, depending on how much data is available.
Viewing Organization Usage
Organization usage shows how everyone in your organization uses AI, across all your subscriptions. Choose the AI feature you want to review in the feature selector. Features that aren't available for your organization yet appear grayed out.
For Ask TrustYou, the top of the page shows:
- Ask TrustYou chats: The chats used this month compared with the total your organization has available.
- Usage distribution: A chart that groups your subscriptions by how many chats they've used, from no chats to the most active. Hover over a segment to see its percentage.
- Ask TrustYou usage: Chats over time for the selected date range. Ranges shorter than one month show daily values. Longer ranges show monthly values.
Breaking Down Usage
Below the charts, a table breaks down usage in more detail. Choose how you want to see it:
- By subscription: Shows each subscription's name, plan, number of chats, usage %, number of entities, number of users, and subscription status. If your organization has more than one subscription, a bar shows how much of each subscription's monthly limit is used. Sort the table by usage % or by number of chats to spot the subscriptions closest to their limit.
- By users: Shows each user's name, usage, role, user type, access scope, and subscription.
Use the filters to narrow the data. The date filter is always available. Other filters depend on your organization and the breakdown you choose:
- Enterprise organizations: Entities, Brands, Country, and City.
- By subscription: Subscription name and Subscription plan.
- By users: User role and User type.
You can also search within the table and export the data.
Understanding the Monthly Limit
Each subscription has its own monthly chat limit for Ask TrustYou. All users in the subscription share it, and it resets on the 1st of each month at 00:00 CET. To see how many chats each plan includes, check Monthly chat limit.
When a subscription reaches its limit, users see a message on the Ask TrustYou start screen:
- Subscription owners see an option to upgrade the plan or contact TrustYou.
- All other users see a prompt to contact their subscription owner.
Note: If your organization has more than one subscription, each one has its own limit. Use the By subscription view to track them separately.
