Benefits of This Feature
Organizations may need to update goals due to changing business strategies, new performance benchmarks, or adjustments to assigned entities. This feature allows:
- Easy modifications to goal names and target values.
- The ability to add, update, or remove assigned entities.
How to Edit a Goal
1. Access the Goal for editing
- Navigate to the Goals table.
- Find the goal you want to update.
- Click the three-dot menu and select Edit goal, or click on the goal and choose Edit goal.
2. Modify Goal Details
- Editable fields:
- Goal name (must remain unique).
- Assigned entities.
- Target values.
- The goal type, timeframe, source, and KPI cannot be edited.
3. Upload a New Entity File
- Click Upload file and select a CSV with updated entity assignments.
- The system processes the file as follows:
- New entities are added.
- Existing entities with new target values are updated.
- Entities with a target value of 0 are removed.
Format considerations for target values
To ensure the file is processed correctly, follow these formatting rules for target values:
- Performance Score (RPS): 0.00 – 100.00 (positive decimal number with two decimal places, using a dot (.) as the decimal separator, e.g., 85.75).
- Review Count: 0 – ∞ (integer without thousands separator, e.g., 25000, not 25,000).
- Response Rate: 0.00 – 100.00 (positive decimal number with two decimal places, using a dot (.) as the decimal separator, e.g., 99.10).
- Sentiment Score: 0.00 – 100.00 (positive decimal number with two decimal places, using a dot (.) as the decimal separator, e.g., 72.60).
4. Remove an Entity Manually
- Click the three-dot menu next to an entity.
- Select Delete, then confirm the action.
- A confirmation message appears.
5. Save Changes
- Click Save to apply updates.
- Keep in mind that it might take up to 24 hours for the changes to be reflected on your dashboard.
