Feature Details
π Report Builder
Meet the Report Builder (beta), where you build the reports you actually need: combine metrics like Reviews, RPS, and Sentiment Score in one table, add summary rows, and show only the columns and timeframes you pick. Add KPI cards and Bar charts next to your tables for a quick visual read, or describe what you want and let Build with AI create the table or chart for you. When it's ready, send it in any CXP-supported language, even to people who don't use CXP, as a secure PDF or Excel link that stays valid for 90 days, with color-coded indicators that show at a glance what's up or down. Look for the BETA badge in CXP, and your existing reports stay available right alongside it.

π¬ Ask TrustYou: Your AI Analyst for Guest Reviews
Ask a question about your guest reviews in plain language, like "What did guests complain about most this month?", and Ask TrustYou gives you a clear answer based on your review data. It's now included in every Enterprise and Entity plan, with ready-made presets for recurring analyses, answers in the language you ask in, and charts you can export for your next presentation. Choose your entities, sources, and date range before you start, and check the usage indicator to see how many chats you have left this month. You'll find it under Ask TrustYou in the side menu, with Chat, Presets, and History tabs.

π AI Usage Visibility
A new AI usage page under Organization settings lets everyone see their own AI usage, with Owners, Admins, Managers, and Enterprise users also able to see usage across the whole organization. Every user can check their own usage from the Your usage view, including how many chats they've started this month and how that compares with last month. Those with broader access also get the Organization usage view, with usage sorted by subscription or by user so it's easy to spot who's closest to their monthly limit, plus filters and export for digging deeper. Ask TrustYou is the first feature covered here, with ResponseAI and InboxAI usage visibility coming soon.

π·οΈ Hide Entity Name in Survey Header
Want more control over how your survey looks? You can now hide your entity name from the survey header instead of always showing it as the title. Head to the Settings step of your questionnaire, find the new Survey header section, and switch off the entity name toggle. Your existing surveys keep working exactly as before unless you choose to turn it off.

π¨ Theme Editor: Separate Styles for Surveys and Email Invitations
Your Survey and your email invitation now have their own colors, fonts, and images in the Theme Editor, instead of sharing one set of styles. Open the new Email tab to set your invitation's Foreground and Accent colors, or click "Copy values from Survey" to start from what you've already picked. The preview panel now follows whichever tab you're on, so you always see exactly what you're editing.

π― Show Question Only If Rules for Push to Google and Push to Tripadvisor
You can now set "Show question only if" rules on your Push to Google and Push to Tripadvisor questions, just like you already can for other questions in your Survey. That means you can ask guests to leave a public review only when it fits, say, after a strong Rating or NPS score. Build your rule based on another question's answer, an entity attribute, or a visit data point, right from the Rules step of your Questionnaire editor. If you don't set a rule, the question keeps showing the way it always has.

ποΈ Five-Year + Current Year Historical Data Limit in Inbox
Inbox now shows reviews from the last five full calendar years plus the current year, the same window your dashboards, KPIs, and the Analytics API already use. So the reviews you see in Inbox match what you see everywhere else in CXP. In 2026, for example, Inbox shows reviews from January 1, 2021 onwards. Older reviews no longer appear in Inbox.
