📝 Open Survey contents directly from the questionnaire editor
The questionnaire editor now includes a button that opens the exact content used in a new tab. This allows you to quickly review and modify the correct content when needed. By providing direct access, we increase clarity and give you greater confidence when managing questionnaire content.
📥 Export visit status table
You can now export the table in the Visit Status section within the Entity Distribution tab. This enables you to download a workable file that can be filtered by status and used to take action on specific guest records. With export and offline filtering capabilities, teams can prioritize follow-ups more efficiently, streamline operational workflows, and ensure no guest record is overlooked.
📧 Survey Distribution Visualization (Read-Only)
We are introducing an email distribution configuration visualization that allows you to see the current Survey distribution setup—whether for manual upload or automatic distribution. This enhancement provides full transparency into your Survey distribution settings, helping you clearly understand how Surveys are configured and triggered. In a future release, we will expand this functionality to allow direct editing of these settings within the platform.
🔄 Sync score scale in inbox with dashboards
We are aligning the default score scale across the platform to ensure consistency between dashboards and the Inbox. Until now, dashboards used a 1–100 scale by default, while the Inbox displayed scores on a 1–10 scale. As part of our initiative to centralize score scale management—allowing users to configure the review scale directly from the front end in the future—we are synchronizing all subsystems.
With this update, the Inbox will now use the same 1–100 scale as the dashboards ensuring consistency, clarity, and a seamless experience across the platform.
🚀 TrustYou Score available in all dashboards
The TrustYou Score is now available across key dashboards for both Multi-Entity (ME) and Single-Entity (SE) users.
For ME users, the TrustYou Score is available in:
- Reviews
- Competitors (Reviews tab)
- Benchmarks (Reviews tab)
- Multi KPI Report
For SE users, the TrustYou Score is available in:
- Reviews
- Competitors (Reviews tab)
- Multi KPI Report
With this update, you can leverage the TrustYou Score consistently across all relevant dashboards, making it easier to monitor performance and drive data-informed decisions across your Organization.

🗂️ Five-year historical data limit in insights and reporting
Insights dashboards and reporting now display a maximum of five years of historical review data plus the current year. This update ensures more consistent performance and optimized dashboard speed while maintaining access to relevant long-term data.
👀 Executive dashboard for multi-entities
Multi entities users will soon gain access to the executive dashboard for individual properties. This feature allows you to quickly understand the performance of a selected property at a glance, enabling faster and more informed decision-making.
This enhancement allows you to track Source Score for multiple properties at once, giving you greater visibility into source-level performance and enabling more informed, data-driven decisions across your Organization.

📫 Benchmark includes ranking and compIndex in Multi KPI report
Multi entity users will now be able to view ranking and compIndex for the Benchmarks. This will help them understand how they are performing in comparison to their competitors in terms of ranking.
