π Executive Is Now Overview
The Executive dashboard has a new name: Overview. It's the same at-a-glance view of your reputation performance, including your Reputation Performance Score (RPS), now with a name that says exactly what it does. Look for Overview in Insights. Everything on the dashboard works just like before.

π·οΈ InboxAI: A Clearer Name for Inbox Summaries
We've renamed the SummaryAI button in Inbox to InboxAI. Nothing changes about how it works, same summarization tool, same Professional-plan access, same place inside your Inbox. We just gave it its own name so it's not confused with SummaryAI on the Home page.

π Semantic Analysis Now Speaks Bulgarian, Greek, and Hungarian
Reviews written in Bulgarian, Greek, and Hungarian now get the same Semantic Analysis as the rest of your guest feedback. Our engine picks out each opinion, sorts it into the right category, and tags its sentiment, so what these guests say no longer slips through the cracks. That's a big deal if you welcome a lot of travelers from Southeast and Central Europe. You'll see the results wherever you already use Semantic Analysis in CXP.

π Pre-fill Questions From Visit Data
Guests no longer have to answer questions you can already answer for them. Survey managers can now set up specific questions to automatically pre-fill with visit data you already have, like stay dates, room type, booking source, or service interactions. You choose whether guests see and can edit the pre-filled answer, or whether it's captured quietly in the background without interrupting their flow. The result: shorter, more personal surveys for guests, and cleaner, more consistent data for you.

βοΈ Email Invitation Customization
Email invitations can now feel like they come straight from your property. Add rich text formatting, including bold, italic, and alignment, to the Introduction, Closure, and Footer sections without touching any custom HTML. Set a custom sender name and reply-to address so invitations arrive under your own name, and customize your call-to-action button's text and alignment to match your brand. The result is a more trustworthy invitation that's more likely to get opened and answered.
