The Review Inbox provides an interface for handling reviews, featuring a range of tools for filtering, sorting, and managing responses. This article outlines the key components and functionalities to help you get the most out of this feature.

Key Components

1. Last update

Displays the date and time (in UTC) of the last successful update that loaded new reviews.

2. Views dropdown

Access your saved views. An Example view "Last 7 days" is provided by default to help you understand this feature.

3. Filter button

Opens a menu with additional filter options. For more details, refer to the Filters section.

4. Search

Allows you to search by review text or author. Additional search functionalities are covered in the Filters section.

Table Options

• Refresh: Updates the table to display the most recent reviews.
• Export all: Exports the current list of reviews. The results can be filtered or refined using specific keywords or the filters.
• Columns: Lets you customize which columns are displayed in the table.
• Density: Adjusts row spacing to compact, standard, or comfortable settings.
• Bulk update: Use checkboxes to select reviews for marking as read/unread or downloading selected reviews in bulk.

Column Options

Each column provides customization options:

• Sort by asc/desc: Sort reviews in ascending or descending order for Score and Date columns.
• Pin to left/right: Pin a specific column to the left or right side of the table for easier viewing.
• Hide column: Remove a column from the table view.
• Manage column: Access additional settings to manage all column configurations.

Score

Displays the review rating, color-coded for quick reference:

• Green: 8-10
• Orange: 6-7.9
• Red: 0-5.9
• Grey: No score provided

Author

Review Text

Displays the review text or description. If none is available, "review without text" is shown.

Source

Provides a link to the original review source.

Status

Indicates the current review status:

• Unresponded: No response has been provided.
• Unread: Review has not been opened or is marked unread.
• Read: Review has been opened or marked as read.
• Marked as responded: A response has been sent, but confirmation from the crawling process is pending.
• Response confirmed: Response is confirmed and visible online.
• Moderated: Survey reviews marked as inappropriate.

Date

Shows the publication date of the review.

Entity

Displays the entity name associated with the review (available only for Enterprise subscriptions).

Additional Settings

• Rows per page: Adjusts the number of reviews visible per page (default is 50).
• Number of reviews: Displays the range of visible reviews based on the applied filters or keyword searches.
