🔎 Filter by segment in Inbox
The Inbox now supports filtering by Segment, allowing you to analyze significantly larger sets of entities without the previous 250-entity limit. This makes it easier to focus on relevant feedback and work with structured entity groups at scale, all from one place.
🧾 Manual visit data uploads for survey distribution from the UI
You can now manually upload visit data directly from the UI to manage survey distribution. This gives you full control over survey delivery without relying on technical integrations, making it easier to get surveys up and running quickly.
🔌 Survey API visit data in the distribution tab
Visit data coming from the Survey API is now visible in the entity distribution tab. This helps you clearly track incoming data and confirm that the API connection is working as expected. This is available from the moment of the release onwards (not for previous API calls).
🏷️ Entity name displayed in web dashboards for SE users
Web dashboards now display the entity name at the top, just before the last updated timeframe. This improves clarity when navigating dashboards and helps avoid confusion when switching between entities.
🌍 Translate all survey review questions in the Inbox
All survey review questions in the Inbox can now be translated. This allows you to fully understand survey feedback in any language, without the need for external translation tools.
⚡ Improve the loading speed of dashboards
Dashboards now load faster when you switch between web dashboards. While the initial load time may remain the same, navigating across dashboards is smoother and quicker, helping you move between insights with less waiting time.

📊 Five years of data enforced in insights and reporting
Insights and reporting will consistently support up to five years of data starting at the end of February. This ensures better dashboard performance while providing a reliable and consistent view of long-term trends.
