The Plan page gives you a clear view of your subscription details, usage, and billing information in one place. Access it directly via Plan in the side navigation menu.

What You'll Find in Plan
The Plan page has two tabs: Plan and Billing.
Plan tab
The Plan tab consolidates your subscription details:
- Subscription type and status
- Owner's name and email
- Plan usage for entities and users
Note: The user count reflects only active users, those who have accepted their invitation and accessed the platform. Invited users who haven't accepted yet are not included. For example, if your plan allows 100 users and the count shows 21/100, it means 21 users are active.
Note: Upgrade options are available to select organizations only.
Billing tab
The Billing tab is where you can view and update your organization's billing details and download invoices. This tab is only visible to subscription owners. See Billing information for details.
