What is RPS?
RPS is the average score of all customer reviews you’ve received. The score is normalized on a scale from 1 to 100.
RPS CompIndex
A metric that compares your entity’s RPS to competitors':
- > 1: Your entity is outperforming competitors.
- < 1: Competitors are outperforming your entity.
The CompIndex is a ratio between your RPS and that of your competitors’. A CompIndex of 1.05 means that your performance is 5% better than the competitive set average, while an index of 0.96 indicates that your performance is 4% below the competitive set.
Own Response Rate
Shows your entity Response Rate compared to that of competitors', represented in percentages. This highlights your team’s responsiveness to customer feedback relative to peers.
What is Response Rate?
The ratio of reviews that were responded to out of all reviews that were eligible for a response.
Response Rate CompIndex
A comparison index for response rate:
- > 1: Your response rate is better than competitors.
- < 1: Competitors are more responsive.

Own Reviews
Displays the number of reviews received by your entity in comparison to competitors. This helps assess visibility and review volume performance. Here, competitors' reviews are calculated by averaging all their entities' reviews.
What are Reviews?
Total number of customer reviews that have been collected from all connected sources.
Reviews CompIndex
Indicates review volume comparison:
- > 1: Your entity has more reviews.
- < 1: Competitors have more reviews.

Own TrustYou Score

What is the TrustYou Score?
A proprietary metric calculated as a weighted average of all Reviews from the past 24 months, with recent months weighted more heavily to reflect current guest sentiment while preserving long-term trends.
