Displays the Sentiment Score for your own entity, based on what customers are saying in reviews, alongside competitor sentiment scores for the same categories.
What is Sentiment Score?
The Sentiment Score represents the percentage of positive mentions out of the total mentions identified across all reviews. A single review can contain one or multiple mentions, each categorized by the sentiment model.
Service CompIndex / Cleanliness CompIndex/ Room CompIndex
Compares your Sentiment Scores against competitors entity for each category:
- > 1: Your entity is outperforming competitors.
- < 1: Competitors are performing better in that category.
The CompIndex is a ratio between your Service / Cleanliness / Room score and that of your competitors’. A CompIndex of 1.05 means that your performance is 5% better than the competitive set average, while an index of 0.96 indicates that your performance is 4% below the competitive set.
Graphical comparisons by category
- Service, Cleanliness, and Room charts offer a visual comparison of sentiment scores between your entity and competitors.
- Selected Category: Allows you to select a specific categories or subcategories. By default, all categories are selected for a broader view.
All the category/sub-category tables are dependent on the tab.

Exporting widgets and dashboard
You have flexible export options to save and share your data:
Download entire dashboard tab: Click the Download PDF button to export the full dashboard, including all charts, tables, and applied filters.
- Download individual widgets: Each widget can also be downloaded separately. Simply click the download icon on the widget to export it as a PDF or image, depending on availability.
