Overall Score
Displays the average overall rating provided by customers. While the original scale may range from 1–5 or 1–10, scores are normalized to a 1–100 scale for consistency across the dashboard. Along with the change.
Change will include comparison of selected date vs. compared date.
Overall NPS
Indicates the Net Promoter Score of the selected period. Along with the change.

Response Rate
Indicates the number of survey reviews that received a reply from the entity out of the total number of survey reviews. Along with the change.
Change will include comparison of selected date vs. compared date.
Reviews
Shows the total number of valid survey responses, verified through the moderation process. Along with the change.
Change will include comparison of selected date vs. compared date.
Note: There might be difference between of count in survey submitted and survey reviews because of the moderation process.
Overall Score
A line graph that represents the trend of the Overall Score across a selected timeframe. This helps identify performance fluctuations and long-term patterns.
NPS

Reviews by segments
A pie chart that displays the distribution of reviews based on customer segments or source types. This helps identify where feedback is coming from.

A table displaying all score-based questions from the Survey. Includes:

Download entire dashboard: Click the Download PDF button to export the full dashboard, including all charts, tables, and applied filters.
- Download individual widgets: Each widget can also be downloaded separately. Simply click the download icon on the widget to export it as a PDF or image, depending on availability.
