General Metrics
-
Survey opened: Survey opened metric refers to the number of surveys that have been opened after clicking on the survey link provided through any of the available channels. This is considering surveys that were opened within the selected timeframe in the date filter.
Note 1: This count is based on the date the survey was opened. If a survey was opened outside the selected date range, it won't be included here, even if it was submitted within the period.
Note 2: "Survey Opened" counts the number of unique survey opening events. Specifically, the system records only the first time a survey is opened — subsequent opens of the same survey are not counted, even if they happen from a different device, browser, or IP address.
- Survey submitted: Survey submitted metric refers to the number of surveys that have been completed and submitted by customers through any of the available channels. This is considering surveys that were submitted within the selected timeframe in the date filter.
-
Conversion rate: The ratio of submitted surveys to opened surveys, providing insight into engagement success. Includes change.
Change will include comparison of selected date vs. compared date.
