Benefits of notifications
Notifications ensure you stay updated with the latest reviews and moderation requests without needing to manually check your Inbox. They streamline communication by delivering relevant updates directly to your email, saving time and helping you prioritize effectively. With customizable filters, you can focus on the information that matters most.
Unlike reports, which can be shared with multiple users, notifications are set individually for each user and apply only to updates relevant to you.
Setting notifications for Inbox reviews
Currently, only Inbox notifications are available.
Daily email summary of new reviews
Receive a summary of new reviews in your email each day (2:00 AM CET). You can tailor these notifications to your needs with the following filters:
- By rating: Choose from all, high, medium, low, or no score.
- By source: Specify the sources you want to include.
- By keywords: Include only reviews containing specific keywords.
By default, all users will have notifications enabled with the following rules: All ratings, All sources, no keywords.
Instant notifications for new survey reviews
Get notified as soon as a new survey review arrives. You can customize these alerts with these filters:
- By rating: Choose from all, high, medium, low, or no score.
- By survey name: Focus on reviews from specific surveys.
Survey review moderation requests
Admins can opt to receive email notifications for survey review moderation requests.
Entity-specific notifications
If you have access to multiple entities, you can select up to 250 entities to receive notifications from. This selection applies to all enabled notification types listed above.
