Feature Highlights
🎯 Goals
It's now possible to create Goals and then track them on a dedicated dashboard. The Goals Dashboard is designed to help both Enterprise and Single Entity users easily track their progress. For both, goals are defined based on specific KPIs, such as performance score, response rate, and more. These goals are assigned to individual entities—either single or multiple—which contribute to an overarching organization-wide goal.

📊 Streamlined Report Creation
We’ve made reporting easier by reducing the steps from four to three. Now, selecting filters and widgets happens in a single, more intuitive window—giving you better visibility into what’s included in your report. Details here.
📥 Export Reviews to Excel
You can now export reviews directly from the Inbox in Excel format!
- Select the reviews you need, click "Export selected," and choose CSV or Excel.
- Need a bigger export? Click "Export all" to download all filtered results.

📩 Forward Reviews from the Inbox
You asked, we delivered! You can now forward reviews to any email address straight from the Inbox. Want to add context? Simply include a note before sending.
✨ AI based language analysis
Our semantic analysis has been upgraded! Now, all languages (except Thai) use AI-based analysis, ensuring more accurate insights and a more advanced understanding of review sentiment.
🥐 Introduction of the "Breakfast" category
New category: All subcategories previously related to "Breakfast" (such as "Breakfast - Availability", "Breakfast - General", "Breakfast - Portion Size", etc.) have been moved to a new, dedicated "Breakfast" category from "Food" category.
Food and Beverage Department: All breakfast-related subcategories have also been assigned to the newly introduced Food and Beverage department. This ensures that breakfast items are grouped under both the appropriate department and category, making it easier to analyze sentiment data by department
🛏️ Departments as semantic categories
We introduced the departments as categories within existing widgets and filters, so users can now filter sentiment score data by department directly within CXP, similar to the feature previously available in the Classic platform.
With this update, we’ve introduced five core departments for sentiment score:
- Maintenance
- Housekeeping
- Food and Beverage
- Front Office
- Wellness and Spa

🕒 Changing Dashboards processing times
To improve performance and ensure a smoother experience, the Dashboard will now update twice a day. Updates will occur at approximately 6 AM and 6 PM.
To keep you informed, we’ve added a timestamp at the top of the Dashboard, so you always know when the data was last updated.
