Goal Overview
The Goals Dashboard is designed to help both Enterprise and Single Entity users easily manage and track their goals. In both the Enterprise and Single Entity dashboards, goals are defined based on specific KPIs, such as performance score, response rate, and more. These goals are assigned to individual entities—either single or multiple—which contribute to an overarching organization-wide goal. Each entity has its own target value, and the dashboard provides a comprehensive view of how each entity is performing against its target. It tracks whether the target has been achieved and offers comparisons across different KPIs, enabling users to easily monitor goal progress and identify areas for improvement.
