🤖 SummaryAI - Weekly summaries

We’re excited to introduce SummaryAI: a powerful new feature designed to save you time by helping you quickly understand your customer feedback.
Each week, SummaryAI delivers a concise summary of all the Reviews received in your Inbox during the previous week. These summaries not only highlight the main themes but also provide actionable Insights into the topics your customers mention most often.
If you're on a Professional subscription, you can access your latest summary directly from the Home page by clicking the SummaryAI button.
You can also explore previously generated summaries at any time by visiting the History tab at the top of the screen.

✏️ Survey editor
The long-awaited Survey Editor is here!
With the editor in place you can:
- Create questions in the Question Library
- Manage any content beyond questions like messages, sections and images in the Content Library
- Customize the visual design with the Theme Library
- And finally combine all elements into a Survey under the Surveys tab
With this initial release you can apply question-based rules to customize how your Survey behaves. Additional conditional rules to entity attributes and PMS data will come in future releases. Also to keep in mind: creating and editing Surveys is fully supported, however, deleting Surveys is not yet available.

📋 Visit data overview by day
You can now monitor the volume of visit data ingested by TrustYou through your Property Management System (PMS) integration. This feature helps confirm that your integration is working correctly and that Surveys are being triggered as expected.
This visibility ensures that you can quickly detect and address any issues in your data flow, giving you confidence that guests are receiving your Surveys on time.
This is what you can check:
- Daily tracking: See how many visits are successfully ingested by TrustYou each day.
- Processing status: Review the processing state of each visit to ensure smooth data handling.

Email funnel insights: Gain aggregated visibility into the full email lifecycle, including:
- Emails and reminders sent
- Survey submissions
- Intermediate events such as suspensions and unsubscribes
This information complements the information already available per visit, but now providing a summarized analysis of the whole visit data per day.
🔒 Survey reviews are now private
We’ve updated how Survey reviews are shared across Organizations. Previously, responses to public Survey questions were visible to any Organization that had access to an Entity. This meant that Survey reviews influenced the data seen by competitors, including metrics like the Reputation Performance Score (RPS).
From now on:
- Survey Reviews are only visible within the Organization that owns the Survey. No other Organization can access your collected Survey feedback, even if they have access to the same Entity.
- You will only see the TrustYou Survey as a Source if your Organization created the Survey for that Entity.
- If the same Entity is added as a competitor in another Organization, the TrustYou Survey will not be visible as a Source there, and the RPS will not include reviews collected from your Survey.
This change guarantees that the data used in Reports reflects only what each Organization collects, eliminating inconsistencies caused by variations in Survey content and structure. As a result, RPS and other performance metrics become easier to compare across competitors.
👣 Track Guest Activity in Survey Submission
We’ve introduced guest activity tracking within the Survey submission process. This enhancement captures how users engage with your Survey—such as which elements they click, how long they spend, and where they drop off.
By understanding guest behavior, you’ll soon be able to uncover patterns and identify friction points in your Survey flow. This will help you optimize the experience and boost conversion rates.
Data collection has already begun, and in the coming months, we’ll launch a new dashboard that visualizes this engagement data. The dashboard will allow you to:
- Analyze how guests interact with each step of the Survey
- Identify drop-off points and bottlenecks
- Pinpoint opportunities to improve performance and increase completion rates

🌍 Segmentation by Language in the Sentiment dashboard and report

The Sentiment Dashboard now supports segmentation by language, helping you better understand how different guest demographics feel about your property.
Whether you're analyzing multilingual feedback or comparing ratings across languages, this feature gives you clearer, more actionable Sentiment insights.
🛏️ New “Bed Comfort” Subcategory
Based on feedback for the need to better analyze reviews related specifically to bed comfort, which was previously grouped under “Beds - General, we’ve now added a dedicated “Bed Comfort” subcategory, which is:
- Nested under both “Comfort” and “Rooms” categories
- Designed to isolate and track bed-related sentiment
- Useful for brands that want to understand specific feedback on sleep quality and bedding
This change enables more targeted improvements and accurate analysis of your guests’ sleeping experience.
