Feature Highlights
💜 Platform rebranding
Following our recent company brand update released in March, we have now updated the platform to follow the new branding. The whole interface has been updated to show our new colors and logo including email communications.
🏠 Home page redesign
We’ve refreshed the Home page to provide faster and more intuitive access to key areas of the platform. You can now easily:
- Explore all learning resources in one place
- Directly submit support requests or product feedback
- Monitor the platform’s operational status with full transparency
🤖 Support agent
Meet our new AI-powered Support Agent—your intelligent assistant for navigating the Help Manual and getting instant support. Whether you’re looking for feature explanations or troubleshooting tips, the agent is available 24/7 to guide you through.
This beta release marks our first step toward surfacing real-time insights from our help documentation.
🚨 Platform status monitoring
We’ve added two new status pages:
- Platform Status: Stay up to date on any ongoing issues across platform modules
- Source Status: Track the ingestion status of all connected review sources
Both pages are accessible directly from the new Home page for increased transparency and control.
👤 Last user interaction
We've added a new column to the Users view that shows each user's last interaction with the platform. This makes it easier to identify inactive users for traceability and maintenance purposes.
🏨 Enterprise Benchmark Access
Enterprise users—those managing multiple Entities—can now access Organization Benchmarks created centrally by HQ. These Benchmarks reflect company-wide standards and are visible based on your specific Entity access.
This empowers multi-property managers to compare performance consistently across their portfolio.
🌐 Improved sentiment detection for edge cases in the rest of the languages
Continuing our release from March, we have now refined the sentiment analysis model for the rest of the languages besides English to better handle extreme cases, where highly positive feedback was occasionally misclassified as negative.
📌Sticky Dashboard Filters
You spoke, we listened. Filters now persist across all Insights dashboards—set once and carry through as you navigate between views. This improvement saves time and makes your analysis flow seamlessly.
These updates are live now! Try them out and let us know what you think.
