📊CXP Dashboard rebranding
We’ve completed a comprehensive rebranding initiative across all dashboards. This visual upgrade includes:
- Updated Color Palettes: All charts and visualizations now align with our new brand aesthetic for a more modern and engaging user experience.
- New Typography: A refreshed font style and color scheme improve readability across dashboards.
Unified Filter Design: Filters now feature the new font and color styling, ensuring consistency throughout the platform.
🎯 Goals: TrustYou Score
We're introducing several enhancements to Goals management that bring more flexibility and transparency:
- TrustYou Score in Goals: The TrustYou Score is now included as a KPI under Goals, offering a more holistic view of performance.
- Flexible Goal Values: You can now set Goals using decimal and percentage values, allowing for greater precision.
- Improved Input Validations: KPI inputs are now capped at a maximum value of 100, except for 'Reviews', which can exceed this limit.
- Audit-Friendly Updates: The "Last Updated By" field now includes the name of the person who made the change, and the "Last Updated" field reflects the exact date of modification.
📑Share views between dashboard and report
We’ve made it easier to maintain context while navigating between dashboards and reports:
- Cross-Dashboard Views: Views created on web dashboards for Reviews, Sentiment, Survey Reviews, and Survey Statistics are now available in their corresponding reporting dashboards—and vice versa.
- Goals Dashboard Sync: Views now sync between the "Open Goals" and "Closed Goals" dashboards for better continuity in performance tracking.
Views Sharing Exceptions:
- Benchmark Dashboards: The "Overview" dashboard uses multi-select filters and does not share Views . However, Reviews, Sentiment (web), and XLS dashboards do support Views sharing.
- Competitor Dashboards: Multi-entity “Reviews" and "Sentiment" dashboards are not compatible with each other for Views sharing due to differing filter types—single-select versus multi-select. However, Views created in the "Overview" tab can be shared with the corresponding reports. Additionally, for single-entity dashboards, Views sharing is fully supported between dashboards and reports.
Executive Dashboard: Views sharing is not supported.

📬 Email delivery status for survey
The distribution log is now available in the Entities section. Users can view all guest email records generated from PMS data in the last 60 days, along with the status of each guest email as it progresses through the distribution process.
