Our enhanced Multi-KPI Report offers greater reporting flexibility through an improved, intuitive interface for selecting segments, timeframes, and KPIs. The report now includes both Overview and Detailed views:
- Use the Overview Report to quickly understand your key KPIs at a glance.
- Use the Detailed Report to break down KPIs by the available segments for deeper analysis.
We’ve also refreshed the export design, providing a cleaner and more modern look for all exported reports.
Note: We will be deprecating the existing Multi KPI (beta) for multi entity users.

Report notifications are now delivered in the user’s selected UI language, ensuring a consistent localized experience across the platform.
📝 SummaryAI – Inbox Summaries (SE-Professional Plan Only)
SummaryAI is now available within the Inbox, allowing single entity users (Professional Plan) to generate powerful summaries. Understand hundreds/thousands of reviews in a single click and receive insights like key pain points, widely appreciated, and noteworthy mentions to your chosen topics by combining segment filters with targeted keywords.
📬 All Survey questions are included in Survey email notifications
Previously, survey email notifications displayed only the first five questions and answers. They now include the full set of questions and responses for complete visibility.
🤖Updated Support Agent
Get faster answers to platform-related questions directly within the tool. The updated Support Agent provides instant, context-aware guidance on how to use features, configure settings, and troubleshoot common issues—without needing to leave the platform or search through external documentation. This enhancement ensures users receive clear, actionable support right when and where they need it.
