📊 Segmentation in Survey Statistics dashboard
The Survey Statistics Dashboard now supports segmentation. Analyze results by brand, region, or custom segments to uncover patterns and performance differences instantly. This empowers you to make data-driven decisions faster and act precisely where it counts.
📧 Enhanced Email Delivery Tracking (Available on Nov 14th)
We’ve improved how CXP tracks survey emails to give you a more accurate view of your communication funnel. Previously, all emails sent were counted as delivered - even those that bounced. With this update, CXP now differentiates between emails delivered and emails bounced in Survey Statistics.
This means your survey conversion metrics are now more precise than ever. You can clearly identify which messages truly reached your guests and understand your actual delivery success rate. By having cleaner, more reliable data, you’ll gain sharper insights into your email campaign performance—helping you fine-tune communication and maximize response rates.
📈 Dashboards updated under "Apply" button in filters
We have changed the way how you interact with filters in Dashboards. With the new approach, once you start changing filters, the dashboard will not update until you press the "Apply" button at the bottom of the screen. This prevents the dashboard from reloading after every filter change, improving the dashboard loading times.
📬 Unsubscribe from scheduled reports
We’ve added an unsubscribe option directly in report emails, allowing users to easily opt out from reports created by others. This gives teams more control over inbox noise and ensures everyone only receives the insights they actually need.
🏨 User visibility lifted within subscriptions
Until now, only Admins could view other users within the same subscription. With this update, all users can now access the User page and view every user in their subscription.
This improvement enhances transparency and collaboration, getting to know who can help you with inviting other users and configuration settings that only Admins can do.
With this update, it is now possible for any user role to schedule reports to any other user that is part of their same subscription.
🌐 One-Click Review Translation from Email
You’ll now find a “Translate” button next to each review included in your email notifications. With one click, Google Translate opens in a new tab and automatically pre-fills the review text for you.
This enhancement makes it effortless to understand guest feedback in any language — without logging into TrustYou’s Customer Experience Platform (CXP). It’s designed for hospitality teams who prefer working directly from their email inbox while staying responsive and efficient.
By removing the need to copy, paste, or switch between tools, this update saves valuable time and ensures a smoother workflow for multilingual teams across global markets.
🗂 “Bookmarks” are now “Views”
We’ve renamed “Bookmarks” in your dashboard to “Dashboard Views.” This update brings a clearer, more intuitive name that better reflects how you use and organize your saved dashboards. Don’t worry—everything you love about the feature remains exactly the same.
