You now have the power to correct sentiment labels directly within CXP! This feature allows you to adjust from your Inbox or Sentiment dashboard incorrectly identified sentiment or sub-categories, giving you more control over review interpretation and improving data quality. Additionally, adding new opinions (which are not detected by the model) will be part of further iterations.
📊 Multi-KPI Report
We’re expanding advanced reporting capabilities! This new custom report combines your selection of multiple KPIs such as Survey results, Sentiment, Competitor Insights, and RPS, together in one consolidated view.
