Benefits of exporting reviews

Exporting reviews provides flexibility in managing your data. Whether you need a complete dataset or specific reviews, you can quickly access and analyze them in an Excel or CSV format. This feature saves time and ensures you have all the necessary details for reporting, monitoring, or archiving purposes.

How to export reviews

You can export reviews from your Inbox in two ways:

• Export all: Export all review results by clicking on Export all, then select your preferred format—CSV or Excel. You can use filters or search for specific keywords to narrow down the results before exporting.
• Export selected reviews: Manually select reviews from the list, click on the arrow-down button to export your selection, and choose either CSV or Excel.

Both methods have a limit of 10,000 reviews.

About the file

The exported file includes the following fields:

• Entity Name
• Review ID
• Published date
• Source
• URL
• Author name
• Score
• Title
• Review text
• Status
• Public reply text
• Reply published date
• Marked as deleted by
• Marked as deleted on
• Deleted on
• Marked as inappropriate by
• Marked as inappropriate on
• Reason
• Notes
• Moderated by
• Moderated on
• Rejection reason

Note: Header columns are currently only available in English.
