How to convert an exported csv-file into an excel-file

For now, when you export reviews from your inbox, the file format will be csv. To change this file into excel-format, please follow the steps below:

1. in Excel, open a black sheet, go to Data > Get Data > From Text/CSV
2. select the csv-file you want to convert
3. click on "Load" after doublechecking the preview
4. the result should look like this

Alternatively, you can also open this file in Google Drive by uploading the csv-export-file and opening it as a Google Sheet.
