For now, when you export reviews from your inbox, the file format will be csv. To change this file into excel-format, please follow the steps below:
- in Excel, open a black sheet, go to Data > Get Data > From Text/CSV
- select the csv-file you want to convert
- click on "Load" after doublechecking the preview
- the result should look like this
Alternatively, you can also open this file in Google Drive by uploading the csv-export-file and opening it as a Google Sheet.
