Benefits of the feature

With entity-level API connections, you can manage Google and Booking.com integrations separately for each entity. This provides more flexibility, allowing you to connect or disconnect entities without affecting others in your organization. Previously, these connections could only be configured at the Review providers level, applying to all entities at once.

Steps up API connections for an entity

1. Access the entity drawer

   • Navigate to the Entities tab in your account.
   • Select the entity for which you want to configure the API connection.

2. Open the Connections section

   • In the entity drawer, locate the Connections section.
   • Click on Connections.

3. Configure the connection

   • Select either Google Business Profile or Booking.com.
   • Follow the on-screen instructions to authenticate and complete the setup.

With this update, you can ensure that each entity has the appropriate API connection configured, improving data accuracy and simplifying review management.
