Description of the entity sources
The entity sources provide a centralized overview of all the review sources and specific URLs linked to a given entity. This tab is designed to give users detailed visibility into where the entity's reviews originate, offering a transparent view of its connected data. It serves as a key resource for managing and understanding an entity’s review sources.
To access the entity sources tab, all users can go to the entity page, while enterprise users can also navigate to the entities tab on the subscription page. From there, select the desired entity to open the entity details. Within the entity details, you will find the Sources tab, which contains the relevant information.
Benefits
The entity sources page enhances transparency by displaying all the sources and specific URLs associated with an entity. This feature ensures that users with access to the entity have a clear understanding of its linked review sources. Additionally, it streamlines navigation by providing a direct link to the review source page, saving time and improving workflow efficiency.
Survey Import
If your entity collects reviews from a provider like IRC, dailypoint, Qualtrix, etc. then we can import those reviews into CXP as well. Please note that reviews from these special sources will be shown as source "Survey Import"
