View subscription information in the entity drawer

Benefits

Having access to subscription details directly in the entity drawer makes it easier to understand which subscription an entity is associated with—especially helpful for large organizations managing multiple subscriptions. This visibility saves time and reduces confusion when trying to match entities to the correct subscription.

How it works

In the entity drawer, users can now view key subscription information at a glance. This includes:

• Subscription name

• Plan

• Owner name and email

• Status

If the owner's name is not available, you might see only the email address or the label “Not available”.

For enterprise users with Organization owner or Organization admin roles, a clickable link labeled Details will appear next to the subscription name. Clicking this link will take you directly to the corresponding Subscription Details page in the Subscriptions section.
