The entities page provides an overview of all the entities within your subscription access. Here’s what you can do:
- Manage entities: Add or remove entities from your subscription.
- Sort: Use sorting options to easily organize your entities.
- Search functionality: Quickly locate specific entities with advanced search tools.
- Segments: Organize your entities into segments for better management.
- Visit data: Upload visit data directly to the page.
- Assign custom attribute values: Add personalized attributes to entities to reflect unique characteristics.
- Manage direct competitors: Assign and manage competitors for your entities.
- Access entity sources and URLs: View detailed source information and links associated with your entities.
- Export entities: Export entity data, including the TrustYou IID, for analysis or sharing with your team.

Important considerations
For Enterprise subscriptions, entities can only be added via the subscription page. However, deleting entities and all the above-mentioned actions are still possible directly from the entities page. Make sure to navigate to the correct section for each specific action.
